lcDNA (Hyduke et al.) is a software program for calculating statistical confidence levels of DNA microarray data based on a Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulation (Tseng et al.).
This contains binaries with changes/fixes that have been requested. Since some of the changes are necessary for lcDNA to be used in certain cases (e.g. large numbers of spots), I need to get them out as soon as possible; however, I do not have the time to fix any bugs (in particular the annoying popup error messages). So these versions may have more strange error messages (please do not report these errors to me). If you do encounter strange results or have other problems with your data please send a message to the mailing list.
These files will unpack to a directory dev_lcDNA. Otherwise there is no apparent difference between the directory structure and that of the release files above.
lcDNA_v0.03 is the most current version.
