I. Experiment Requirements

A) Each experiment must be repeated at least two times.

B) Each comparative experimental RNA sample must be used for at least two individual labeling and hybridizations.

C) Each experment should have at least one calibration set. A calibration set consists of two slides where the DNA for both channels and both slides was taken from the same sample. For calibration experiments, it is acceptable to perform a calibration for only time 0.

II. File Requirements

1) Intensity File: This file contains intensity values for each gene, the corresponding user-assigned gene id value for the gene, a reference to the sequence, and the gene name.

III. Download Instructions

• Download the version for your platform (*.tar.gz for GNU/Linux or *.zip for MS Windows). The program extracts to a directory named lcDNA. Currently, the source code does not compile on all systems.
